The Challenge
A sustainable healthcare company with a line of pharmaceutical products faced significant packaging challenges. Its preference for a custom-shaped glass bottle aligned with the brand’s sustainability focus but added complexity to the filling process.
While its previous co-packager had experience filling pharmaceutical products, its processes were designed for standard-shaped plastic bottles. This made the packaging process difficult and time-consuming, and the healthcare company was told it was an impossible request. Rather than sacrifice its vision, the company kept its packaging design and began the search for a new co-packaging partner.

In the meantime, our team regularly checked in with the customer team, remaining accessible at all levels of the organization for any questions, concerns or ideas.
Today we fill the company’s pharmaceutical products into sustainable primary packaging and then assemble the finished products into master cases for shipping. Our proximity to the Port of Los Angeles simplifies supply chains to streamline production and creates more agile lead times for the healthcare company’s finished goods.
