When DryWater completed product development for its signature hydration powder, it knew the next step in bringing its vision to life was to establish a strong supply chain. This meant creating attractive, user-friendly packaging and identifying a co-packaging partner with the ability to pivot quickly, meet demand and scale alongside the company.
DryWater vetted upwards of fifty co-packaging suppliers across the country to find the right mix of capabilities – and WePackItAll immediately stood out from the rest. Create a Marketable Product
Before filling could begin, DryWater needed to solidify its product packaging. Beyond looking good on the shelf, the packaging needed to be easy to open for all customers across demographics, including both young and older adults. We referred DryWater to a packaging supplier and worked alongside them to innovate a functional packaging solution that also performed well during the co-packaging processes.
Once packaging was in place, our team got to work matching filling processes with Drywater’s stick pack and pouch packaging. To start, the team filled stick packaging with DryWater’s hydration powder, then assembled them into multi-serving pouches to deliver a finished product. Weekly check-ins with the DryWater team ensured consistent communication while also allowing both teams to uncover and address pain points in real time.
